We're back! I want to apologize to anyone who thought the site wasn't coming back. I received a few emails asking about new posts and whether the site is continuing. The answer is YES. There will be new workouts, diets, and articles that are salient to healthy living. I wanted everyone to become comfortable with the current workouts posted and was concerned with you guys burning yourselves out. Exercises should typically be switched up every 2-3 months in an effort to prevent plateauing so I didn't want to overload you with too much too soon.
So in the coming weeks, despite having finals, class projects, major work deadlines, and my own workout schedule I will be providing new video workouts that will add to the available ones. Thanks for all of your feedback and keep up the great work!
